ActiveScreenLock

ActiveScreenLock is an easy-to-use software utility that allows you to keep others from accessing your system while you're away. Just set the password and start ActiveScreenLock. Your desktop will be blocked with a special screen that cannot be closed by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del or Alt+F4. To unblock type in the password and press Enter. ActiveScreenLock can be customized to show time on the screen and to show a wallpaper you want.
