Net Service Manager is a easy to use Windows NT/2000/XP Services administration and monitoring utility for a whole domain. You can configure Net Service Manager to monitor critical services on specific servers in a regular time interval (1-240 Minutes) and define up to 5 actions , if one of the monitored services fails. The actions can be: Alert, Restart the service, Send an e-mail, or start a program or a batchfile or all together.
