J2TextPrinter is a Java 2 component for printing multipage rich text JTextPane documents. It fully utilizes the capabilities of the Java 2 printing model and prints any JTextPane contents (StyledDocument), including multiple fonts, sizes, styles, colors, alignment, spacing, tabs, indentation, embedded graphics & components. J2TextPrinter can print the contents of any JTextPane including multiple fonts, sizes, styles, colors, alignment, spacing, tabs, indentation, and embedded graphics & components. It supports pagination; page breaks; headers and footers; date, time, & page numbering; margins; centering; scaling; portrait & landscape; Print Preview dialog box; Page Setup dialog box; background printing thread with printing progress events, "silent" printing (no Print Dialog), Pageable & Book support, JTextPane WYSIWYG, and print job name control. Easy to use, feature rich. Fully tested under JDK 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4. Complete source code for five sample programs included.
