Citroen Traction Avant 3D MODEL

The concept which in itself was unusual for the time gave this name to the car. It was liked by taxi drivers, gangsters and policemen. The car was very successful: its production has had constant modernization from 1934 to 1957. It brought more sensational innovations, such as: an independent torsion suspension of all wheels, easily removed "wet" sleeves of cylinders, a forward drive with an engine behind the axis of forward wheels and with a gear box in front of the axis. This kind of design was applied on many subsequent models of Citroen.
