Record-Over lets authors and developers add captivating and compelling voice narration to boost impact in PowerPoint®-based E-learning, training and web presentations - quickly and easily. The highly effective narrations are based on expert learning principles. This unique software uses new Voice Effect Marshalling technology to synchronize narration with visual animations without time-line editing. It lets you make the narration more interesting by easily combining multiple voices. The narration can be easily changed to keep presentations up-to-date. The software can use the popular audio editor Audacity. Narration is added in PowerPoint and saved to the web with popular PPT-to-Flash tools.
